How to use it

Chew two pieces for five to ten minutes. Most of the caffeine is released in the first few minutes, so after that you can spit it out or keep chewing — it makes no difference to the dose. Up to three serves a day.

Contains caffeine. Not suitable for children, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Three serves a day is 240 mg — comfortably inside the 400 mg daily guidance for healthy adults.
